The four (04) components of the Livestock Resilience and Competitiveness Project (PRECEL) are:

  • Component 1: Favorable environment and support services for livestock promotion
  • Component 2: Development of climate-smart livestock infrastructure and value chains.
  • Component 3: Project management and coordination
  • Component 4: Contingent Emergency Response Component (CERC).
