Mission of PRECEL

The mission of PRECEL is to contribute to the structural transformation of the livestock sector with a view to realizing the Government’s vision, namely achieving the objectives of the Action Plan for Stabilization and Development (PA-SD) in its axis 4 “Dynamic promising sectors for the economy and jobs”.

Vision of PRECEL

Contribute to making livestock farming in Burkina Faso a competitive and resilient sector by 2029.
